A pickup truck with front-end collision damage and a lot tag on its windshield at a salvage auction yard

Lot05

Damagedis not the sameas done.

A salvage-title car can be the smartest buy on the lot — or the most expensive mistake in the garage. We help rebuilders, shops and hands-on buyers separate cosmetic damage from structural trouble and price the repair before the bid.

How it runs

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

Your skill level, your shop, the budget for car plus repairs.

  2. 02

    Triage

We filter out structural and flood losses that rarely make financial sense.

  3. 03

    Estimate

You get a bid ceiling with the repair budget already subtracted.

  4. 04

    Win & tow

We buy, arrange towing and hand over the documents you need for the rebuild.

Who it’s for

  • Independent body shops and mechanics
  • Experienced DIY rebuilders
  • Exporters buying repairables
  • Buyers looking for a parts donor

“I run a small body shop. Their repair estimates are honest — they told me to pass on two trucks that looked cheap, and the one we did buy came in under budget.”

Questions

About salvage & rebuildable vehicles.

Can a salvage car be registered in California?

Yes, after it is repaired and passes the required brake, lamp and vehicle verification inspections and the DMV issues a revived salvage (rebuilt) title. We explain the steps before you buy.

Do you repair vehicles?

We do not run a body shop. We source, estimate and deliver; we can point you to independent shops if you need one.

What damage do you advise avoiding?

Flood damage, fire damage and significant frame or unibody damage usually cost more than they save. We flag them clearly.
