The route
From a briefto the keys.
Buying at auction is simple when someone experienced is steering. Here is exactly what happens, in order, from your first message to the day the car is yours.
The route
The five checkpoints.
Every purchase follows the same route. You approve each checkpoint before we move to the next, so nothing happens with your money that you did not see coming.
- 01
Brief
Tell us the car, the use and your all-in ceiling. One short call or a form.
- 02
Search
We comb national auction runs and dealer lanes, then shortlist the honest candidates.
- 03
Inspect
History, title and condition checks — on-site in Southern California where possible.
- 04
Bid
Live or proxy, inside the ceiling you approved. Win or walk, you know the same day.
- 05
Deliver
Payment, title and transport handled until the keys are in your hand.
The money
One number, approved by you.
Auction prices look low until the fees arrive. Before every bid we write down the full cost: the hammer price ceiling, the auction’s buyer and gate fees, our flat broker fee, transport, and estimated taxes and registration. You approve that one number. If the bidding passes it, we stop.
A refundable deposit lets us bid on your behalf. If we don’t win, it comes straight back or stays on file for the next sale — your choice.

Process questions
Good to know.
How do your fees work?
We charge a flat, written broker fee for each purchase or sale. Your estimate also shows the auction’s own buyer fees, transport and taxes, so you approve one all-in number.
Do I pay anything before you win a car?
A refundable bidding deposit is required before we place bids. If we don’t win, it is refunded in full or held for the next sale at your choice.
How quickly can I get a car?
Many clients have a car within two to three weeks of their first call. Rare models or specific colours can take longer.
Are auction cars sold with a warranty?
Most auction vehicles are sold as-is. That is why we inspect and research every car before recommending a bid.
