What does ARMPROFF do?
ARMPROFF INC is a Burbank-based car auction broker. We find, inspect, bid on, transport and title vehicles for private buyers, businesses and exporters — and we help owners sell cars at auction.
Who can buy through you?
Anyone 18 or older with a valid ID. You do not need a dealer license; we bid on your behalf.
How do your fees work?
We charge a flat, written broker fee for each purchase or sale. Your estimate also shows the auction’s own buyer fees, transport and taxes, so you approve one all-in number.
Do I pay anything before you win a car?
A refundable bidding deposit is required before we place bids. If we don’t win, it is refunded in full or held for the next sale at your choice.
Are auction cars sold with a warranty?
Most auction vehicles are sold as-is. That is why we inspect and research every car before recommending a bid.
How quickly can I get a car?
Many clients have a car within two to three weeks of their first call. Rare models or specific colours can take longer.
Can you deliver outside California?
Yes. We arrange transport anywhere in the continental U.S. and export shipping overseas.
Do you buy salvage and damaged cars?
Yes — for rebuilders, shops and exporters. We give an honest repair estimate and steer you away from flood, fire and serious structural damage.
Can I visit your office?
Yes. We are at 2513 N Ontario St, Burbank, CA 91504. Please call 747-308-6125 first so the right person is there to meet you.
How do I start?
Use the contact form or call 747-308-6125. Tell us what you want and your all-in budget; we reply within one business day.
Do I need a dealer license to buy through ARMPROFF?
No. Many auction lots are restricted to licensed buyers. We bid through our account on your behalf, so you can buy vehicles you could not access on your own.
Which auctions can you access?
We work the large online salvage and insurance auctions as well as dealer-only wholesale sales. Availability of a specific sale depends on its own rules, and we tell you up front if a lot is out of reach.
Can you inspect cars outside Los Angeles?
We inspect personally across Southern California. For other states we coordinate a trusted independent inspector and review their findings with you.
What happens to my deposit if we lose the car?
It is refunded in full, or kept on file for the next sale if you prefer.
Can a salvage car be registered in California?
Yes, after it is repaired and passes the required brake, lamp and vehicle verification inspections and the DMV issues a revived salvage (rebuilt) title. We explain the steps before you buy.
How much can I save compared with a dealership?
It depends on the model and market, but buying at wholesale and paying a flat fee avoids the retail markup most lots add. Your estimate shows the numbers before any bid.
How long does transport take?
Local Southern California moves are often done within a few days of payment. Cross-country shipments usually take one to two weeks depending on the route.
Which ports do you ship from?
Most of our exports leave from the Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach. Other U.S. ports can be arranged when the car is purchased elsewhere.
Can I set a minimum price?
Yes. We agree a reserve with you before listing, based on real comparable sales.
Can you register the car for me?
We prepare and check the paperwork and can coordinate with a licensed registration service. Some steps, like VIN verification, require the vehicle to be present.
