What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to send: your name, email, phone number, the vehicle and service you are interested in, your budget and your message. We also receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider uses to keep the site secure.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare estimates, carry out services you ask for, and meet legal obligations such as vehicle title and tax requirements. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your transaction — for example auction platforms, transport carriers, inspectors and government agencies such as the DMV — and service providers that host this website and deliver our email.
Spam protection and cookies
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse, which may process limited device and browser signals. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your California rights
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by emailing info@armproff.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records, and transaction records for the period required by law.
